Dear Campus Administrators,
As we approach the Thanksgiving Break and the end of the 2026 calendar year, please take note of the upcoming check run schedules and eDRF submission deadlines. We encourage you to plan ahead and submit all disbursement requests as early as possible to avoid delays.
Thanksgiving Break Check Run
The final check run prior to the Thanksgiving Break will be:
Last Check Run Date: Monday, November 23, 2026
eDRF Submission & Approval Deadline: COB Wednesday, November 18, 2026
Requests Received After the Deadline: Will be processed with the next check run on Monday, December 7, 2026
Please ensure that all eDRFs are submitted and fully approved by the deadline to be included in the November 23 check run.
2026 Calendar Year-End / Winter Break Check Run
The final check run for the 2026 calendar year will be:
Last Check Run Date: Monday, December 21, 2026
eDRF Submission & Approval Deadline: COB Wednesday, December 16, 2026
Requests Received After the Deadline: Will be processed with the first check run of 2027 on Monday, January 11, 2027
Important Reminder
Please review your upcoming payment needs and submit eDRFs well in advance of these deadlines. An eDRF must be both submitted and approved by the applicable deadline to be included in that check run.
Planning ahead will help ensure that payments are processed timely and avoid delays during the holiday and winter break periods.
